Lil' Red Hood's Game Review : Grolokk

I realize that RPG maker games are not as popular due to the oversaturation, but trust me, this one is special. This is Grolokk! An adventure about the little goblin who goes from rags to riches thanks to your help and the help of many human females.

There is a surprising amount of care and attention put into the game, so let's check it out!

The story starts off quite simple and mostly stays that way throughout, we play as aforementioned Grolokk. A weak looking goblin on an adventure to become the best and create the bigest harem out of them all. That's pretty much all there is to it, but where the story really shines are the characters.

Along the journey you will meet slaves, other warriors, goblins and many more and let me just say that writing for all is fantastic. They will be always throwing insults and witty remarks to each other, really elevating the games story with humor. There are plentiful mini-events so you will never feel bored.

You start the game with the redhead thief who helps you in combat and get more allies over time.

Some of the quests end up being a bit boring though, usually opting for some gathering materials without much story to them. Perhaps it could be changed in future updates.

The writing is really great though, so if you are in the market for a witty, funny story and dialogue, you should try to read all of it! There are several characters including human girls who constantly talk between each other and you, creating many funny situations.

Gameplaywise the game opts for the usual RPG maker gameplay, but with more care put into that.

It features some nice hand drawn character animations and special attacks even have great animated pictures following them. You always have something to look at, which is great.

Fights are not too hard so don't worry if you are not great at them. There is also a quest journal system, so you should never be lost in your quests. So what are the rewards for the quests?

The game has quite appealing western style drawings and they are quite plentiful. You can even see some in battle! So you always a get a nice supply of porn images throughout the game
