Lil' Red Hood's Game Review : Project Stockholm
Now this will be interesting. I always talk about how important the story is. Well, here is a bomb for you.
Project Stockholm truly surprised me with a story, especially as it keeps getting more updates. Let’s have a look.
It starts deceptively simple. We play as a guy, who seems to be living along and on the very first day we ‘accidently’ kidnap a teacher or a friend. After that, the real game starts. Live your days with a kidnapped victim, feed them, talk to them, don’t forget to go to school not to arouse suspicion, work, buy food for them and of course use them for hot, hot sex. If you want. At first I thought that the premise is a bit juvenile, but as the story unfolded and we get to know more about the main character, the tale really blossoms and turns into the most mature and thought provoking hentai game you’ll probably play. Now the only sloppy part here is the beginning, because it reads like a poor representation of young boys dreams. But it does get better, it gets better a lot. I wish there was a better reason he kidnaps them. But maybe that’s the point.
Gameplay here is what you expect and I already told you most of it. It’s an RPG game but features no battles and plays more like a ‘trainer’ ren’py game. You take care of your kidnapped milf (or a teen), you work to feed them, you talk to them, learn about them, thrust your cock into their pussy and so on. Or don’t! Yeah, don’t have sex with them. Do the right thing. I imagine it won’t be people’s first choice. But it is possible. The game is not complicated and you’ll soon create a routine. Gameplay is alright.
Let’s check how it looks.
It’s pretty good! First impression is that it’s a bit amateur, but the more I play the more I like it. Plus the game features animations, so when you do get to those scenes, well, remember to take your cock out. Frequency of sex scenes is quite high if you take the LUST route. Of course, after all that’s the point of it, break them. Have you seen how the game is called? Yeah. Exactly. But I do recommend also playing for a Trust route, as that one really interesting. Do the right thing!
Anyway this is really an interesting game. I give it 4.2/5 stars. A few points docked for a bit of a immature beginning and slightly unvaried gameplay, but the game will hold you with an iron grip using the amazing story. So do play it, especially considering there are multiple endings!
