Lil' Red Hood's Game Review : Teen Witches Academy

Quite an interesting game fell into my lap this afternoon. Made by a Drunk Robot no less (don’t forget to check their patreon). Let’s check it out!

In Teen Witches Academy we take on the role of Gera. . . powerful wizard. You can name him yourself, but the resemblance to a certain monster hunter is undoubtful. It’s not a bad thing by any means, I think he looks hot personally. Anyway, as I mentioned, we are an extremely powerful magician and we are sent by a magic council to hunt apostle mages and witches. The one who betrayed the council by abusing the dark power and the ones who ran away. This is all told in a flashback by the way. Once we complete the task, instead of a nice thank you and maybe a little harem, we are sent to jail, to lock our strong power away. Guess they were pretty afraid of us.

We take control just as we rotting away in prison, cursing the name of every single asshole who put us there. That is, until a mysterious voice contacts us. It’s GORATH The Lord of CORRUPTION. He agrees to help us escape and return our power, if we help him with a little ‘project’ of his. Turns out council created a school for extremely powerful witches and wizards. Gorath doesn’t want that, so he sends us as the new headmaster. Your job as headmaster? CORRUPT every single one of them.

I am glad for ones to play as a badass main character. Was getting tired of all these guys in some other games who don’t have balls. This main character is ballsy, he takes no shit from anyone. I like that.

The gameplay is instantly recognizable if you played this sort of games before. There are several stages to one day where you can improve your power, learn new spells, gather information, patrol the academy and actually do the role of the headmaster.

As you start the game the amount of things to do might be overwhelming. Seems like you need to do everything, but soon you’ll get the hang of it. My advice is to improve yourself first and learn spells. Will be very helpful with corruption. So the gameplay loop is pretty addicting. “Just one more day” feeling, if you know what that means.

The art is polished surprisingly well. Don’t worry, everybody here is 18+. It’s clear that the developers put much effort into every pose. Some scenes are even animated a bit. The only problem so far, that you have to work for those scenes, obviously. Which is fine with me, but some days are spent without a single image and that feels bad. On an unrelated note. I love the backgrounds! Seems like they put a lot of attention to them. Nicely done.

Frequency of the sex scenes largely depend on how you are playing. If you know what to do, you can see something sexy all the time. But for the first playthrough, you might not find that many. But don’t worry, you’ll definitely collect everything overtime. My favorite part has got to be CUM ON THE FACE. The developers really love putting that stuff on and they really cake the whole face with spunk. It’s a full on bukkake in some scenes. I love that!

So in the end, I do recommend this game. I’ll give it 4.1 stars. It still needs some polish, but I’m sure we’ll find in the future updates.
